Gol is the region's natural retail centre and a key hub between east and west. We can now present a new 15,000 sq m development site in central Gol, right next to the RV7.

The site is fully zoned for combined building and infrastructure purposes.

Gol lies in the middle of Hallingdal, one of Norway's busiest east–west routes. Gol is approx. 185 km from Oslo and approx. 220 km from Bergen, with direct access via the Rv7 and close links to the E16. It is a natural stopping point for travellers between Oslo, Bergen and Valdres, attracting both locals and tourists.

As the region's retail centre, Gol offers good access to surrounding towns such as Hemsedal (approx. 30 km), Nesbyen (approx. 40 km) and Geilo (approx. 50 km). Proximity to the Rv7 ensures efficient transport for both logistics and commuting, making the area attractive to businesses across several sectors.

Hahaugvegen 10 is fully prepared, with its own access road to the site. The site also has quick and easy access from the RV7.
